Both graduate students and undergraduates can become student affiliates of the American Psychological Association.  Affiliates receive subscriptions to gradPSYCH, The American Psychologist, and the Monitor on Psychology.  They also receive steep discounts on conferences, APA mobile apps, and other discounts from the APA.

Joining a professional organization is a good way to keep up with the symposia, conferences, and papers.  APA and APS have very low-cost memberships for both graduate students and undergraduate students.
