Scholarly Metrics

Scholarly metrics are used to evaluate the impact or influence of a publication or work. Metrics take a variety of forms, which can range from fairly straightforward to very complex.

This guide is designed to assist you in understanding a variety of different metrics, whether it be for general consumption, publishing, or RPT (Reappointment, Promotion, and Tenure).
