Statistical Software Support and Consulting Services are available to students, postdocs, and researchers at UVM. I provide help with the following aspects of quantitative data analysis projects:

• Data management (formatting, coding, screening for errors)
• Experimental design
• Survey design
• Selection of appropriate statistical methodology
• Help with power and sample size calculations
• Interpretation of results of analyses
• Assistance in responding to reviewers' comments
• Installation/licensing of statistical software packages (for technical issues with software, please contact the ETS help desk)
• Programming assistance

Please note that I cannot provide help with class work or graded assignments. I also do not provide help with qualitative research questions.

Assistance is available at all stages of your research. You are encouraged to contact a consultant at the beginning of your study. First consultations typically last from 30 minutes to one hour. Follow-up consultations are usually necessary. Please book an appointment or stop by during walk-in hours.
